The 16th China Content Broadcasting Network (CCBN) Exhibition will be held at the China International Exhibition Center in Beijing from March 21st to March 23rd, 2008. CCBN is a professional and world-class industry activity, sponsored by the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT), and mainly organized by the Academy of Broadcasting Science of SARFT and China Cable Broadcasting Network Ltd.
Since its successful first show in 1993, CCBN has already become one of the largest exhibitions of digital television (DTV) and broadband network industries both in Asia and the world. The last CCBN attracted more than 60,000 professional visitors and 1,000 companies and organizations from over 30 countries around the world. CCBN2007 had 12 exhibition halls totaling 60,000 square meters. This year, CCBN plans to set up 16 exhibition areas, each focused on a particular theme, such as digital TV, audio visual, cable TV, carrier, new digital media (Network TV, Mobile TV and others), the Olympics, digital film, satellite and carrier, cable, transmitting, testing, materials and equipment, etc. |
