RF Transceivers
Spreadtrum’s RF transceivers, implemented in bulk digital CMOS silicon, are designed with stable plug-n-play RF technology to support low cost handset designs with minimal BOM cost. Spreadtrum’s RF transceivers are fully qualified by the world’s leading handset brands and are sold as integrated or bundled technologies with Spreadtrum’s baseband platforms. SR500/SR1000 Series (for 2G devices)
- Quad-band GSM/GPRS (SR500) and quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE (SR1000) single-chip radio transceivers

SR3100 Series (for 3G WCDMA devices)
