Spreadtrum provides training and career development to employees, through regularly held training courses and events designed to enhance employee skills and our corporate environment. We offer orientation training, on-the-job training and other supplementary training courses that are held regularly throughout the year. We provide 2-5 day orientation course for new hires. The course content covers company policy and regulations, market strategy, product types and processes, corporate culture, core values and other topics. The lectures are delivered by the heads of the marketing, engineering and operations departments, or even the top management. The purpose of the training is to give new employees an introduction to the company and help ease the transition into our corporate culture and daily responsibilites.
Our Mentor/On-the-Job training program is designed for supervisors or senior employees who are responsible for coaching new staff. The program helps build leadership and team development skills and reinforces professionalism and our corporate culture.
Spreadtrum regularly organizes various kinds of supplementary training courses and events to promote a learning organization culture and promote continuously higher goals for management. Courses include managerial series, seminars, professional skills and off-site activiites.
